What to expect
Trained educators from the National Council on Aging will provide
one-on-one assistance in understanding your plan options, assessing
your personal situation and enrolling. Consultations are by appointment
only—and limited to only 30 community members. Co-sponsored by Glenbrook Hospital.
What to bring:
Please bring your Medicare card and a list of your medications and dosage—so you can enroll here.
When:
Thursday, March 2, 2006. Consultations are scheduled from 10:00 a.m. through 3:00 p.m.
