Reflections at Glenview Terrace understands Alzheimer’s and related dementias. From our seasoned nurses to our Resident Assistants, Certified Nurse Assistants and activities staff, everyone on our staff completes an on-going series of extensive Alzheimer’s educational training programs. This way, we stay on top of the latest strategies and best practices. And under the direction of our Alzheimer’s Director and Reflections Medical Director, our staff is better able to understand what our residents are communicating through their behavior—and how best to support them when they’re feeling confused and frustrated.
